At this meeting we heard items around various action areas which relate to our inclusive and sustainable economy work - this included discussion around the State of Sheffield next steps and representation.
11.25 am State of Sheffield 2020 Review and Next Steps - Laura White, Partnership Manager, highlighted the next steps and discussed with partners what action they want to take as a result of the paper and event. To view the presentation made to the Board click HERE.
11.45 am Representation on the Board - Maddy Desforges, Debbie Matthews and Andy Buck brought this item on representation on the board to be discussed. This links into the findings from the State of Sheffield evidence highlighting the importance of voice and representation in the city. The board is committed to this as part of the Inclusive Economy work.
12.05 pm Seven Hills Primary Care Network Cold Visiting Service - Nicki Doherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Strategy and Operations Primary Care Sheffield, and her colleagues Dr Lucy Cormack, Clinical Director for the Sevenhills Primary Care Network and Primary Care Sheffield Practices and Lynsey Hughes, Head of Primary Care brought this item as an example where primary care has taken a different approach to support more vulnerable people to access the care that they require during Covid.
